You have stated that the message appears in the R.U.I.,, The service manual does not cover anything to do with messages shown on the R.U.I. screen. Some messages such as Web Low, or Empty Waste Toner, do not show right away on the operators screen, but when entering Service Mode, they will pop up in that window. Just the nature of the beast. We have asked repeatedly for you to go to the copier and investigate the web low condition first hand. If the copier is running, then this is what I believe is occurring.
