E007 does not need to be reset like a E001

/agree with others you likely have a bad fixing film. There are some third party (Katun) fixing films out there you can get or at worst, a fixing film unit.

While in there, check to make sure the pressure roller surface is smooth and that it has not become detached from the core of the roller.

I have had a look at the fixing film and it looks fine and the pressure roller also looks fine. My multimeter has been playing up and therefore I couldn't test the resistance. Fixing film is about $20 more than the fusing unit. I couldn't find any cheap ones in Australia. I am waiting for Monday to order the fuser unit. I think there will be 5 days delay after that. I will keep you all posted.

Many many thanks to everybody who gave their inputs. I have just replaced the fuser assembly and everything worked fine. I didn't even have to clear the error.
