    Issues with K3N

    Hey guys,

    I have a 9070 that has a K3N and customer is trying to do legal saddle stitch. I keep getting jam codes at PI60 PI61 and PI62. Is it the setup that is causing this or the finisher? It will do a one page fold but any more and it will jam. Any help would be appreciated.

      There was a ROM upgrade to allow the finisher to stitch the legal size booklets which it sounds like you have that already.
      Do you have the jam code by chance? This would help us out.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

          Jam code is 11A1...sorry for not including that. Rom version is 8.38

              11A1 jam can be caused by wear on the Intermediate Feed Roller and Intermediate Pads in the Saddle Stitch Assembly.
