    ir 7086 with V1/V2 Saddle Finsher

    Hi All,

    Anyone come accross error code E000551-8001 and 13-02 in Jam History and intermittant messages to remove paper in area Guide at location FA2 but no paper in Finisher

    Thanks for any tips

      Had this error before. I pretty much change the items below. The E551 is the Power Supply Fan but it could be any of the other two components.

      Finisher Controller: FM2-6428-000

      Switching Regulator: FK2-1743-000

      Power Supply Fan: FK2-0636-000

          Replace Finisher Controller/ end of story
          **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

              That was the first thing I replaced. But, It did not resolve the E551.

              I forgot to mention check your fuse PCB as well; Its right next to the switching regulator.

              Check all fuses on the fuse PCB for continuity.
