    OK! It is working now!

    I did follow Teckat instructions and selected iR-c5185-V3 -ALL, on the SST. It took a while but it worked. Thanks.

    VERSION-->FAX shows "P1=OnBoard -D" which makes it a V2.

          The lesson to take away from this one, is to make sure all system software components are upgraded at the same time. On some products like the 7105, that includes finisher updates as well. I had a 7095 problem caused by the finisher update not being applied, and I lost the ability to print things from misc-p like the p-print. Finisher updating solved that issue,,, go figure??

            had a salesman order the wrong imagePass for 12 iR3380's at one customer/ customer used every word ,i ever heard to describe this person /and i had to fight with him on the phone/.

            try to guess where he is now !!
