IR2870, 4570,3570,2270, I find zero-counter, please.
Understood my friend...thanks- It was just a bit of humor ... resetting meters is criminal and idiotic but maybe my humor was a bit over the top. Its just that -----where are peoples integrity?

To zero the counter you must remove the counter pcb from the copier and then drill a small hole in the center of the board using a 1/4: drillbit. Then reinstall pcb. Spray the circuit board with machine oil prior to installing. While performing this procedure it helps to have a 9v battery with you and you must lick the battery contacts while performing this counter reset procedure. Very important--this reset must be done while completely naked!
Thanks for the ROFL ---D_L_P ..glad someone enjoyed my attempt at humor. Most of the copier guys that work with me are really funny and the customers seem to like it. Thats not to say we're not professional but being playful does have its place.

Does the 1/4" hole let all the copies leak out? I always wondered how that worked...
lol =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Everyone seem to be a lot of interest in zero-counter.?

We have a language barrier. You are Korean, and your words are either from a translation service, or your command of the English language is not strong. Your English is better than my Korean, as I do not know any Korean. We attempt to figure out your phrases and make sense of them. We have been having some fun with our denial of discussing the subject that you have brought up. It is not meant to offend you.
I am not a copier either.
There is no legitimate reason to set the main copy counter back to zero. If you set the counter to zero, and represent the machine as newer than it is, that is lying. We, the folks who have responded to this request of yours, do not condone that practice.
If you have any other legitimate questions, about some other problem with your copier, we would be pleased to read it.
