    Product : CLC 4000 / 5100 Title : E840 010 Error Code Error :
E840 010 Error Code is displayed and the Oil Applying Drive Motor M9005 seems to be rotating slowly.

    Workaround :
If the motor checks out fine check the drive gears on the oil applying assembly for any broken or missing teeth. The gears are pictured on page 2-206 of the Parts Catalog Figure 820, items 22 and 23 ( FS6-0626-000) and (FS6-0670-000).

      Product : CLC 4000 / CLC 5100 Title : New Error Codes for CLC4000/5100 - E840, E905, E906 Question :
What are error codes E840, E905, and E906, and what do the sub codes refer to?

      Answer :
The error codes are specifically related to the CLC 4000/5100 series. The E840 is an additional fixing assembly error and the E905/E906 are specific to the paper deck R1.

(Note the descriptions of 0003 and 0010 are reversed)
