do u look at control panel to check and see that the correct size paper A4 is listed / shown on screen when u place it in #1 & 3

A4 paper. All normal...It just dunno why, running for maybe 20mins or even up to 2 or 3 hours, then paper jam. and code is the same 0205,0209. But A4R no problem whole day...

by the way,Transfer charges primary easily get E069 code. Is it this also will cause 0205,0209?

did u change those deck feed clutches ?
u could have an Arc issue while printing.

Only u can view these issues

Many things can cause E069 on this model

E069 code indicates a fault with the transfer charging assembly. Additionally, a bias voltage is applied to the fuser assembly and the paper feeder guide and if this bias voltage shorts to the frame it will cause E069 codes. There are two simple checks that can be made to check for the bias voltage shorting to frame ground.
The diagram below illustrates how to check for a bias short in the paper feeder guide. There shouldn't be any continuity at the two points in the photo below, where the black lead is simply on the frame ground. If it is shorting to frame ground, check for wear on green bushing on the registration roller shaft.

Also Check upper and lower fuser rollers for wear on bearings/bushings. Uneven nip pressure due to wear may short out fuser bias resulting in E069.

                          • When E069 code is occurring, inspect the rear side of the Fixing / Feeder Frame Assembly for physical damage.
                          • Physical damage to the rear side of the Fixing / Feeder Frame Assembly can cause the Feeder High Voltage cable or the Fixing High Voltage cable to arc to the frame which will load down the High Voltage Transformer pcb's and cause the E069 code.

At the rear side of the Upper Fuser roller there is a Fixing Bias tab that can become bent or deformed. At this point, arcing can occur which will load down the High Voltage Transformer causing the code. Check and make sure the Fixing Bias tab is making direct contact with the Fixing Bias line plate and is not contacting the frame of the Fuser unit.

                          • Remove and inspect the Pre-Transfer Corona Assembly.
                          • Clean the Pre-Transfer Corona Assembly and restring the charging wire.
                          • Check to make sure that the Pre-Transfer Corona Assembly is properly installed (misalignment may cause E069 codes).

I found that the fixing bias tab as shown in "green arrow" is not contacting with anything just hanging there....So i make it contact back now...
