[Error Code] Canon IR 7105 error code

I have an issue in IR7105 it gives an error after boots up E110-000. How to sort this i have checked all fans realted to LASER units its working. Can anybody help to sort

Replace the laser unit. No other choice.

Check the laser shutter. Check the plastic cover of the primary corona if present or maybe broken. You can see the shutter above it.

hi...this error code is related to the laser unit..so you should check the shutter if it is moving correctly or something wrong with the unit...otherwise you should check the DC controller PCB

Free of Charge Repair Program for failed imageRUNNER
7105 Series Laser Scanner Units (FM2-5449-000).

In order to qualify for the Free of Charge Repair, the Laser Scanner Unit must meet these criteria:
1. The Laser Scanner Unit malfunction must be determined to be caused by a failed Laser Diode(s) which results in
one or more of the subsequent malfunctions:
a. An E110-0000 Error Code
b. Light Images (Low Density)
c. Mirror Images
The Authorized Parts Repair Facility of your choice will perform testing and make
the determination if the diode has actually failed.

Confirm the Lot Number of the Laser Scanner Unit is 32022578 or lower.
Ensure sufficient packing is used (such as the box from a new Laser Scanner Unit). The Laser Scanner Unit must
arrive at the APRF without any shipping damage.

A complete and accurate Laser Scanner Assembly Repair Request Form must accompany each Laser Scanner Unit.

how do you prevent this from happening again after replacement? any changes in laser settings after installing the repaired unit? i'm just curious if this problem fix already on higher lot number laser unit?
