As above , OHP sensor is more than likely popped out of its holder / bracket.
Only ever had to replace one.

This post is for a IRC-3380 which has no E005 code. For future reference you should have started a new post and list the model of the machine giving you that code. An E005 usually refers to a cleaning web out issue.

Call a local copier company for a tech to come out and replace that web.
There is additional procedures to be taken after the web has been replaced.

You should have created a thread for your issue.

Do you know of a video or instructions on how to take out the plate (guide) the sensor is on? I need to get the registration roller out to change the left bushing. I got the registration clutch off but there is not enough play to get the bushing off. I think I need to take out the plate (guide) the OHP sensor is on.

u talking about the 3380 ??

no one ever takes out that roller / or plate--why are u changing that bushing

if u have a z fold or a buckle to paper or jams or Mis-registration?--- it's the flag behind that plate that sticks to a rubber damper pad in back of plate-
(Remove the noise dampening pad for the Registration sensor flag)

u can't see the pad -- location is just to the right of opening (OHP) behind plate> take a spring hook and scrape off that pad (black rubber)

Hi to every one

Note that there are two separate parts for the OHP sensor: The emitting/recepting part which is in the machine body and the reflecting part which is in the lower left door. You can clean both parts. If the issue is not solved and if you have to replace the reflecting side, take care to mark its position before disassembling it. It is hard to find the right position if not marked. The extreme solution is to replace the whole left door.

We need a model number. There's no e005 for the 3380 as there's no fixing web.
