(Remove the noise dampening pad for the Registration sensor flag)

u can't see the pad -- location is just to the right of opening (OHP) behind plate> take a spring hook and scrape off that pad (black rubber)

Thanks for the reply. I put up a photo of the left bushing for the registration roller. A piece of the ramp is broken so the pin on the transfer roller assembly falls down and gets stuck. I had to replace the right door because it was so bent up. I took a thin piece of copper and taped/glued it to cover the hole but the pin still gets stuck opening the door (not as bad) because it is not smooth. I can see why no one ever changes the bushing. The part on your picture of the damper pad behind plate I think is why the bushing will not come out. I got the registration roller clutch out but there was not enough play to get the roller out far enough to put in the new bushing (the gear hits the other bushing). I gave up and because it is a two hour round trip, my boss is putting off the call for now but it needs the bushing and I am not sure how the plate comes out.

it takes various parts to be removed--to get that plate off

there are no directions in manual/ never was it ever covered in training<

I took it off once> cant remember what was removed> it was a trial n' error
found out that it did not have to be removed-- will ask around

I uploaded the photo of the broken bushing again.
