press and hold down the "zero" button for two hours, but make sure you do not release it at all or you will have to start all over.

If you try to do an illegal re-set on that Fixed Main Total Counter on any Copier, you should go to jail. Not only is it dishonest & cheating it hurts all the honest hardworking Techs and their Companies reputation.

Anyone who posts in the Forum for info /or provides open info on illegal fixes to the Counters, needs to be reported and barred from Copytechnet site.

In countries outside USA/ I can see and read ,they don't give a crap about the Law.
