    np-6512 toner light blinking but toner put new cantinew light blimk

      The Bias Contacts on the rear frame of the machine may be making poor contact. They separate when the clam-shell is opened. Since the machine uses bias for the toner present circuitry, if there is a problem with bias to the developer unit, a false "Add Toner" indication may occur. Clean and reform the contacts as necessary to ensure a good connection.

      Picture is from a NP 6016 / 6521
      but these clam-shell NP6000 series all have those bias contacts/& same symptom when deformed
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          Used to carry those contacts , and fit them semi regularly.
