    [CQ] canon IR4570 white stripe on the top of page

    Hello, please help ,canon ir4570 white band on the top. developer unit was cleaned up,

    drum changed, but can not solve .

    what is that picture ?? a sky shot ?? a copy ?? a print ?? a scan ??


    If the image on the drum is good but faint on the paper, the problem may reside in the transfer section of the copy process.



    transfer problems :

    Re-seat transfer roller and confirm correct pressure.
    If Transfer is dropping out on a long run of a hundred copies or more. Replace FM2-0261-000 (HV Transfer PCB) for poor transfer. .

    Another possible cause of light or faded copies is when the developing assembly is not receiving correct cam pressure.

    check if rear bushing on cam pressure plate is off or loose- See pic below

        Post some regular copies with text / or a copy of a magazine cover

            oh sorry, I made mistake that picture's just a sky shot. and prints are also light.

            I didn't know how the scan result. suppose that the scan was not equipped.
