    Finisher W2/AD1 Manual Tray lift/lower ??

Is there a way to release the mechanism so I can lower the trays with power off, or is manualy turning the motor the way to do it??

I am replacing the paper face sensor flag and tray lift sensor flag, in order to replace them you need to remove the trays to pull the cover off, moving the trays up and down with the power off would be nice.

I looked in service mode for a way to move them with the power on and couldnt find any way to do that either.

    Yes I know I need a manual.....

    Thanks in advance.

there is a push release underneath both trays toward back ,a square opening/ -use a screwdriver- & hold while moving both trays down to remove upper panel/ then move both trays up to remove lower panel- to have access at sensor/flag replacements.
        Get the picture now ?????

trays can be lifted out/ but u don't have to

It was in the superintendents office so it was "super" important to nail this.
