[Jamming] Color imageRUNNER C2050 Jamming and makes Flapping Noise near exit

we have the above machine. Its jamming near the exit and makes a loud noise as paper is runing trough. We will be replaceing the entire fuser as we beleive that is the probable cause... Does anyone have the service manual for this machine...

I can trade for other HP, Brother, Epson, Toshiba...

What are jam codes ??

REPLACE IS A GOOD IDEA IF OLD/ MAKES NOISE >>>>>>>
This unit drives the a belt that goes across the entire back
of the machine. Be sure to clean all the bushings,
bearings and clutches in this unit.

I am needing the drive gear(s) that are in between the upper fuser drive gear and the drive gear from the machine. These 2 gears sit in a small spring loaded metal bracket. Does anyone have a part number or am I out of luck due to the copier being 10 years old. The gear that is broken is a 22T gear.

#2 is the Arm Bracket=FF5-9285-000/ no number for gear-it is pressed in place

OK, thank You! The arm bracket with the press fit gear is what I need. The FF5-9285-000. Any ideas where I might find one? Our supplier does not list it as available and I can't seem to locate one via a google search either.

do u know a tech who works for a CANON AUTHORIZED DEALER in your location ??
or if there is a CANON AUTHORIZED DEALER u can call them and order the part.
