canon fax L-220

we got this canon fax L-220 which always displays CHECK PAPER SIZE & RECEIVED IN MEMORY..ive cleaned the sensors(photo interrupter) but still get the same message.PLEASE ANY HELP??thanks in advance

hi...try to clear the memory go into service mode
menu>#>clear data>memory clear

i think y need replace pressure role! only one

our machine is working now from A4 size which has a problem i changed it to customised setting of small size ..
