    irc 3200

Got a irc3200 (just copier), with Yellow seems to be out of alignment, the rest of the colours seem to be all good. just yellow. Anyone know how to get yellow back in?

Did u print out a PG6 test print Grid pattern ?
Is alignment issue on paper feed or cross-feed direction/ u need to look close at yellow.

if other colors a miss aligned, u could have a dirty underside of ITB sheet & the inside Lg. blk drive roller.

if only yellow color is miss aligned - Print out a P-Print with all machine settings ,Perform a DC con clear, turn off copier ,remove & re-cam yellow laser unit-Turn on copier and input all DC con values from the P-print output.

hope u have the manual or some experience on model

reset DC-con and MN-con, ajust again gradation and check it out! remeber, when u clear MN-con u must go in *28*>option>interface> and put the same valor before clear.. (5). =)

there is no reason to clear MN-CON for this issue/ that is poor information/

if the issue is only on one color as poster stated. u deal with the one color/ i have worked on hundreds of these models

teckat is correct on the MN-CON. All of your laser data is stored on the DC-CON and sometimes doing a clear on it will resolve your alignment issues. You may also have to retime the lasers by hand. That being said we need to see some samples in order to see what you are dealing with.
