like SCREWTAPE lists/ that fuser and it's connections can cause that issue
          see below>>>
both those switches must actuate at the same time when fuser is pushed in & sensor must be cleaned out

u need to check the Fuser unit & +++ that sensor/& switches below
clean sensor/ + check ERROR Log

          fu.JPG
these issues shown below can cause warming up issues

              fool the machine=

put in old drum, close front door, wait until machine is ready, open front door, key up machine on door switch, & laser opening ,remove old drum, put in new drum, make sure that the laser is actuated ,run auto gradation,
laser is actuated with post on document cover/ but u can do it manually
              see what happens

Faulty toner bottles can cause this fault to. Its not putting any toner in the new drum at setup.

If you installed old drum and copier works,it means new drum has a problem and you must use another one.
Maybe there is a factory defect of drum.

That's not toner your feeling, that's developer.

The drum is the fault here. As I said, I've seen this many times.

Inspect the new drum with the old one and see if something is different.

check underside of toner cartridge sleeve / sleeve should move freely

If the drum units have been removed repeatedly without the drum guide service tool it's possible to break one or both tabs (see picture below). These tabs open the toner hopper when the drum unit is slid in, and if they are broken, toner will not be fed into the drum unit.
**The unit may work for a while until the developer to toner ratio drops enough to cause an error.

I notice that in the service mode, under copier, under DEN, the density for Magenta is between -2.00% to -4.00% , while the other color DEN is between -0.5% ~ -0.6%.... what do all this mean....my magenta drum still cause me problem...now it shows 02b0 error and after take out and put back several time it is ok again....why ?
