    GP605 (iR600) 010C jam

I constantly get jam, when using duplex copy, code 010C witch indicate that there is delay to PS10 sensor (external delivery sensor). Here is a picture of sensors to help out.

Machine has no finisher attached to it.

I will get jam whit A4 or A4R or A3, paper has no difference.

After paper passes the fixing unit it goes to PS12 then passes threw duplex via PS14.
Then when second side image is created paper goes again to the PS12 but then stops and show jam 010C. It does not reach reverse rollers of PS12. Funny thing is when u make single side copy, there is no jam! Only when u duplex, that is when second side is produced.

Single side document goes to the PS12 then gets out via PS10 but no jam....

I checked and cleaned all sensors from duplex and before duplex.

I really have no idea what could it be. I will need help whit this one from you fellow techs!

Any suggestion is APPRECIATED! Thank you.

The delivery/turn around gate solenoid may have a broken arm. Feed one original and run three copies. That will make them exit face up. If you get the same jam it is problem the arm. The solenoid is located under the delivery rollor shaft on the rear left corner of the fixing tray.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

Actually some times this may happens due to registration clutches so pls try to clean the registration clutches.

U fixed it 20YRSEXP! Arm has been broken but it wasn't broken completely since it was still attached to solenoid but when reversing it bended but did not push the reversing plate. That's why i could not see it as defected.

        Big thx 20yrs!
