    I'am sorry now I undestand what your are saying. I've the error E602-01 and i see that the hdd is Hs I've replaced it by another one. I have format the HDD and the formated is ended OK now I try the system and i have this problem. NB after formating the hdd the error become E602-02.
    So you undestand what I am doing.

        is it a NEW HDD

        E602-0002
        There is no system software for the main CPU.

        1. Start up in safe mode; then, execute full formatting using the SST,
        reinstall the system software (System, Lang, RUI), and turn off and
        then on the main switch.
        2. If the foregoing fails, suspect a fault on the HDD. Replace the HDD,
        and reinstall the system software

            Thank you for helping. I am always in the same problem and i need to finish.
            Theses some informations:
            I've try 3HDD,// cable, network cable and 2laptops. The error is the same. i win always to format the HDD. First i hav the E602-01 code After formating i hav E602- 02 code.

            +System
            IR2220N
            +Boot
            1 i send the boot ok
            2 I send the system it go half and make error
            3 I send language ok
            4 I send meapcont ok
            5 I send rui ok
            At final i think that my system is wrong
            so if someone has idea i will get to finish with this problem. THANKS

                I ll suggest u get a 40pins to 44pins ide converter, hard disk utilities software, check hard disk SMART status B4 proceed to HDformat.

                    If your system ver will not go past half way- u need to remove/uninstall it from SST / then load a different copy of it/

                    all traces i mean the entire 2220 folder on laptop
