Check Pressure Belt in the Fixing Assembly.
were u working on fixin unit before code ?

imagePRESS C1 E014-0002 from Fixing Assembly.
inspect the Fixing Belt Assembly, check that connector J814 which is located on the Fixing Belt drive Motor M36is seated all the way. This connection does not have to be removed when taking out the Fixing Belt Assembly. When removing the other connectors from the Fixing Driver PCB, the wire harness is pulled and the connector J814 could be dislodged accidentally. Re-seat the connector J814 on M36 Motor Driver to maybe resolve error

Something is preventing the movement of the fixing motor. When was the last time it was rebuilt?
