this machine intermitantly z bends the paper and jams at registration. The feed section has been replaced and so has the dc controller. Has anyone seen this before? There doesnt appear to be any marks on the paper from hitting something out of place. Please help. Thanx

first & just check that the delivery door pulleies are clean , without any carbon/dust deposition.
If it is not so, service the delivery door and clean all the plastic pulleies and the z-fold paper jam problem should be solved.
The reason should be the 'timing failure' ; as the carbon/dust depositions uses to increase the radius of the pulleies and therefore the paper reaches faster than the time require to start rotating the fixing and fails to be rolled in by the fixing by the fraction of a second.
