This was not a lot of fun, I am thankful that my client was patient with the situation while we sorted it out. A nice deal was in the wind on this one, and the salesman who handles this customer was able to place an order for 30 new devices, after it became apparent that we had resolved the customers issue!

I'm in waiting for V2 v60, but i did put V56.01 (Res 12), and since i did that, i have had no calls from the customer complaining
Either that, or he's kicked the device out lol

I have 150+ of these machines on my patch and have not came across this yet.
