Staple motor(M41)/Staple home position detect switch

8001 The stapler does not leave the staple home position when
the staple motor has been driven for 0.4 sec.

8002 The stapler does not return to the staple home position
when the staple motor has been driven for 0.4 sec.

Something is keeping the stapler from leaving or getting back home,,, investigate.

Bad, as in loose connector,,, or bad, as in had to replace the controller board?
