P-prints are internal. So whatever is happening, its happening internally. Main controller could be at fault here or sub boards.

If you copy from the glass b / w original - we get b / w striped copy.
if you copy the original color - respectively obtain a copy of the striped color.
and this manifests itself when you copy the derivation of internal tests and network printing?!

Can a black drum and chip (misc K-208) to block the normal operation of the machine??

Main controller and sub boards are very expensive and so we would like to know exactly what it in them. How to specify where the problem and how chronic picture? where some chips? in which memory? on any registers? how and through what is transmitted as digital information on lasers? very very much like to understand

                    forget about chips-
u need to evaluate the situation first/ answer some simple ?'s first/

if u are a tech. / u should have the original P PRINTS/ & User Prints on hand/ because u can't see images with your issue u need those orig .prints or copies of them
if so do a RCON CLR= DCON CLEAR/ turn off/on printer/ put back in the RCON #'s numbers & DCON #'s/

turn off/on printer -run a AUTO GRADATION/ CCD ADJUST/ then Remove cover over ITB Unit to view it /run a PG10

observe the ITB SHEET PG10 IMAGES / REPORT BACK

agree, laser control runnig wild, are you able to change the impb and/or the dc control against a known good one from another mashine?
