5151 : Missing magenta only when use/chose heavy paper.

    hi guys ive also experience this on 3200 but i have now the sulotion in level 2 of service mode go to adjust look for dens and try to adjust the toner supply of magenta make +5 and do some auto grad.lets see if still your magenta run out toner.

      setting has nothing to do with Heavy Paper
      /

      + it causes over toning / & mismatch on colors gradation

          Thanks for all tip/post....the mgt drm motor is on the way, and if it Not solve the problem....

          I`ll BE BACK ;-)

          Just still wondering, why there is no magenta image reduktion, when the motor fails = Slow down in speed !

            Its a stepper motor...it won't slow down unless told to(heavy). It runs at a constant speed or wont run at all

              It is going to be the motor. Have had exactly the same problem and motor fixed it straight away.
