    Ir 4570 film grease drying???

    in my ir 4570 film paper grease drying whn iam using heavy work..
    i do heavy work daily around 3000 to 4000 copies....

    i am using somany greases.
    but grease are working 8000 copies only.
    no working film running without grease.
    so what to do???

    any one help me for permenant free to move film without grease.. ????

    well there is a special high temp very slippery grease used by H/P for there fuser films. I had the same problem and someone told me this. The cost of this grease is $600.cdn per lb and they would not sell me any. To get around my problem they gave me a thumbnail size portion of this grease and it worked. So now I only buy fusers already refurbished using that type of grease.

        Our parts department buys the film only, with a small amount of grease with it. So far, no problems. It may come from katun. I had some grease left over. You should find something like that if it is too hard to find grease only
