      Ok I want to thank everyone for the help. The problem was I was pushing * not "aditional function". All fixed.
      I was also able to get the 3200 servive manual for free.

        U still need to investigate what Caused the Error code/ just because u clear an ERROR it does not mean it will not return in future


        It is called following a Procedure in the field of Troubleshooting/
        it greatly helps to prevent future issues with reoccurring Errors.
