    [Misc] Canon IR 5050

    Hello,

I'm looking for a copy of the user manual or part number of it so I can order one. Also, Current System Software.

    Thanks in advance!

            Priceless

Priceless, but you didn't create the software or the manual. Your just greedy. And by the way I have over 30 years in the industry.

You should not use or apply the word Greedy to me or anyone else in this Forum. My rep is Excellent/
I have gone out of my way to help many posters in this and other Forums

Going to Tech training School /studying/passing tech tests on wiring diagrams/ paying my way most of the time/ working 10/12 Hours a day in every kind of enviorment / that knowledge has not Price.

I know techs with over 30yrs experience, who still don't know what the Hell they are doing. Stuck in the Ice Age

Found an online link to the basic user's guide for the IR 5050_5055_5065_5070_5075_5570_6570series for you http://download.canon.it/manuali_ope...6570_UG_EN.pdf but I suspect you are looking for different info than what is contained in a user manual. If you are not authorized Canon- obtaining system software and learning how to install it can be quite challenging. You might want to think twice about doing that even if you do manage to obtain the system software. The user manual link I posted here is one of several user manuals for the copier. Inside the manual you will find a complete list of manuals for the copier. Hope that helps.

Hmm....I wonder how you went through that "30yrs in this industry" without knowing how & where to grab software or manual.....

That thought crossed my mind also. No offense intended...But with all those years in the industry you would think you would have the contacts and suppliers in place for such basic stuff. Heck, a simple google search is enough to find things for download like user manuals. The rest is available for purchase all over the place.
