ir5000 finisher

Hi i got few, more than 5 unit ir5000's finishers having a exactly same problem that the Guide plate for Escape solenoid (SL6) wont release when the other side of alignment plate move to align paper and that causing the paper stuck and jam inside the swing guide when doing set copy. Escape solenoid (SL6) changed and problem still same.
