[Misc] Canon IR2018 fixing film replacement

    Hi guys,
Im an IT support officer. Im good with laser printers but when it comes to copiers............I still need help from experts....unless I have a service manual.
Well here's my problem. I have a Canon IR2018 MFD copier. It started giving me the e007 error. I know this has somthing to do with the fixing film. I did try to reset it thinking the heat sensors have detected high temp....but still same error message. I've just orderd a new fixing film......but the crazy thing is that I dont know where to start..........my copier supports duplex. Where can I find the fixing film?? is it on the rear door?? I noticed there are two units there.....I believe one is for duplex (the top one). Does anyone have a service manual or a technical diagram of a canon ir2018 copier.....that would help alot.

I just need somthing to start me of on the right track.

    Thanks a million.
