    [Jamming] IR 3035

Right side door on IR 3035 is bowed out or warped. When you close the door you can see the panel sticking out about a 1/2 inch from the frame on the middle section of the door by the release button. It is causing jams on 2 sided copies. I can put pressure at the warped section and it will feed 2 sided fine. It feeds 1 sided fine. Was wondering if anyone has seen this on this model and if there is a fix for it. Or should I just order a new door?

For starters, detach duplex upper section from main door, remove right rear cover, loosen door hinge screws, close the door snug, hold it in proper position, then tighten hinge screws, etc. If another tech had the door off to change the fuser(not necessary),and he just tightened hinge screws without door closed and in position, this could happen. See it on all machines with right doors. Just a quick check
