    Canon mp-830

Code 5c00 at first. Got rid of it but can't copy. Alarm light starts flashing. Stays on copying but nothing happens. Try canceling takes forever. Started to say, magenta not recognized. Got rid of that. Still stuck on copying with alarm light. Help. What is that code and all other stuff

    Could be the fuser.

    Could be the print head.

check the cycles of blinking orange and green led alarm is it 4 times?

In this case you have error occurred in the purge unit.Replace purge unit or logic board.
