    E804-001 in my IR 6570

    My Ir 6570 showing E 804-001.Checked Primary cooling fan,harness,dc power supply fan, and almost all other fans but failed. Need advice from experts

    after you checked and replaced, have you cleared in service mode?

      I don't think that is an error you can clear in service mode. That should clear when you cycle power after you resolve the problem. Check the wiring. May be a pinched wire.

        E804-0001 can be caused if there is a short in the harness for FM2. Disconnect FM2. If FM7 begins to turn and the machine displays a E824 error, then check the FM2 harness located on the Primary Fan Duct.

          thanks to all who replied.solved the problem by replacing the dc controller PCB.A short was found in the FM2 harness and I think this destroyed the PCB
