    inside the old ITB- the small black plastic spring loaded end caps that hold the primary charging rollers in place-break, and causes the charging rollers to fall out of position/ can cause image issues if one or more do not sit level

      I think It a problem by vibration.....
      But I not find the cause..... :-(

        U may need to inspect the rails , the ITB sit on/ can be loose or crack
        also inspect the lifter cam up positions for ITB

          If the problem already exist on ITB i could be created by a drum not rotating smoothly. Check or replace the Drum drive assy.
