Hi Guys, I have this problem. A IR9070 with error code E820-000. I replaced the drum fam, and the dc controler, and the problem persist. I checked the wire with malfunction, but it's normal. Any idea?

Before 2 days i had that problem on a IR105+ and just replaced the fan.
I think you must have a contact of fan wires on copier body.
I know is too hard,but you must replace fan wire.

CHECK FOR PINCHED SIGNAL WIRES / or poor connections

Does the corresponding fan actually spin? U should the the timing diagram to check when it should start to spin. I had several fan troubles caused by the whole block lost power because of short circuit or faulty engine/sub-board

If the fan doesnt rotate in 5 seconds when drum starts to rotate,copier shows an error code.
