    [Jamming] irad 5045 paper deck

Good day. A recent install with side paper deck has been getting 020f jams-pick up sensor in the paper deck, ps6d. I replaced the sep rollers due to a flat spot, but occasionally has been re-occurring. I haven't seen any tech pubs on this. I was wondering if anybody else has had some issues of this nature.
    Thanks in advance.

I installed it following the instructions. Possible something missed though.

check the deck for level and make sure that the latches are holding correctly. Have had one where the entire feed head needed replacement.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
