    s1 Finisher on a 3570 alignment arm in the rear slaps the tray hard.

    I have a finisher that actually outputs the paper ok but the paper alignment arms ( the three black arms ) slaps down so hard that the one in the back is wearing into the tray. Have you seen this before? The two in front are ok.

    It sounds like the tray is not level....
