          You cant fix this with firmware.Its look like scaner or PCB issue.

            what do u mean -no toner or scanner ??

            do u have the print server AXIS 1650
            server connected to it

            is that a network print or a glass copy

              scanner is fine, there is only a problem with printing, each other is in error

                if u place and print from a document on the glass- do u have a copy quality issue ?

                the print issue example u posted- is that from a glass copy or was is sent from a PC/Laptop directly to MF4140

                  You must have tried the obvious? Drum/cartridge/hvt transfer? Did anything weird happen in this office preceding the problem?
