    Hi !
I have this jam code on iRC 3380: j0D91 in all the size of the paper (A5, A4, A3) .
The sheet remains stationary or in the fixing unit or on the surface of the drum....
The image on the sheet is written ever in retard...
The mistake is from all trays....
    Tips ?
    Thank.

0D91 jam occurs when the machine detects that the paper is shorter than the registered paper size.
if you switch the paper size of a cassette but never reflect that change via the print driver by not performing a "Get Device Status" on the driver, this jam can also occur.

always check your paper sizes in each cassette and make sure the cassettes reflect the actually paper size in the cassettes.
Also when switching paper sizes in a cassette, always perform a "Get Device Status" within the Device Configuration of the print driver to reflect the new sizes in the cassettes.

On n EFI PS driver, you perform a "Two-Way Communications" in the Configuration tab. The "Get Device Status" is only available in the Canon PCL, PS3 and UFR drivers.

The size of the paper set up was different from that of the paper actually fed.

    1) If the jam code is from the cassette. Check that the size setup dial is set for the same size as paper being fed.
    2) If the jam code is from the bypass. Check the control panel setting for paper size matches the size of the paper fed from the bypass

I totally agree with Tecket here, but if the error occurs on all trays and different paper sizes it could be something else.

Try to clean the sensors, especially registration sensor and vertical feed from the pickup unit. Try the stack bypass.
