IR3570 no power according to customer

Customer called saying no power on IR3570. I asked if no display and no lights etc. Customer said nothing at all. Just want to know if there are any known common power issues with this series before going.
i mean it could be a circuit breaker tripped or power cord connection is damaged etc. but just thought I would check with Canon experts first. Normally when an door interlock is a problem tou get an open door message on most machines though I thought I had an interlock problem on an IR C3100 that showed no evidence power. Of course it could be I'm having a senior moment Any advice is very mush appreciated unless it's related to retirement. Thanks Frank/ActionPhotocopy

tell customer to plug something in outlet to check

even when u have a internal power issue ,usually the low voltage control panel green light will come on ?

Make sure that your surge suppressor hasn't taken a hit. I've either repaired or replaced surge suppressors for 'No Power' situations at least a dozen times. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

wonder if the breaker on the back of the machine is thrown?
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
