Canon Ir 6000 heating up problem

Hi everyone. I have a problem with Canon IR 6000i. When you turn on the power, the machine starts normaly, but it doesn't heat up. There is no error message on the screen.
Does anyone know what could be the problem? We tryed changing entire fixing/feeder frame assembly, but no luck. When we start the machine without fixing/feeding frame assembly, the machine doesn't recgnize that there is no assembly inside, and starts normaly???? Please help

since you have tried an entire unit 1 and have the same issues I would check your connectors on the frame of the machine. Debris, bent or broken pins, pinched wires on the back side going to the DC controller. May want to take a different DC dcontroller out there with you as well. Where there any jam codes before this started happening?
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Aaaahhh! The old paper-jammed-in-the-connector. If you find paper in the connector, just be careful removing it. It's very easy to mangle the pins.

Another thing to watch for is fuser oil film on the pins in the modular connectors. Completely remove both connectors and spray them out thoroughly with ElectroKleen. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There were no jam codes before this happened. We checked the conectors, there was no debris, or anything in them. We'll check for broken pins and wires, and try another dc controller. Thanks for advice.

We checked the conectors, everything is ok, there is no paper, or debris of any kind in them. I'm afraid that dc controller might be faulty...

how much fuser temp machine shows. is it show any warning like close the door. check power supply +24v. if +24v fails in one pin may create the problem.

The machine shows no warnings, the temperature that machine is showing is 50 deg. celsius, and it stays on that value all the time. We have noticed that when the machine is in service mode, when you open the door, and close it, there is still warning "door". You can open and close them as many times you want, but the warning doesn't go away. That doesnt happen when the machine is in normal operating mode.

if front door warning not goes then check +24v in all red wires in power supply. and trip switches in that power supply pcb if any. did you feel hot of fixing coz you said it shows 50 deg..
open right side door and switch on machine check the fixing lamp on.
remove unit2 and close door and check lamp on.

We have found the mailfunction. One transistor on DC controller burned out and gave us so mutch headacche. We'll order a new dc controller, and try it. I'll keep you informed. Thank you all for your help.
