Measures to Minimize E007-0010 and E007-0011
Due to a Broken Fuser Sensor Cable 1
Changes made to the Primary Fixing Assembly
The Fuser Sensor Cable 1 (FM2-8781-000) may become crushed, and then break, which consequently results in E007-0010 and E007-0011.
E007-0010: Primary Fixing Pressure Belt Displacement Control Motor Drive.
The logic signal for the Home Position Sensor does not change even when driving the Steering Motor from the back side to the front side for a specified period (specified pulse).
E007-0011: Primary Fixing Pressure Belt Displacement Control Motor Drive
The logic signal for the Home Position Sensor does not change even when driving the Steering Motor from the front side to the back side for a specified period (specified pulse).
Cause:
When performance of service work requires the detachment and reattachment of the Fixing Belt Assembly, the Fuser Sensor Cable 1 becomes bent. When the Fuser Sensor Cable 1 is bent, the subsequent result is the cable is crushed and broken by the Detect Sensor Cable Guide.
Factory Measure:
A change has been made in the shape of the Detect Sensor Cable Guide and the Cord Guide Assembly to reduce the stress applied to the Fuser Sensor Cable 1 during service work.
