Depend how many copies do you have.

    1.drum?
    2.developer?
    3.scanner?
    4.transfer?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Yes, Brian is is right! First get to the machine and give it a trial, u may find it is something small like merely cleaning of the transfer roller etc. Make your own fault diagnosis through preliminary checks first, this will give a lead for others make a viable input to your effort.
