Error 69 in IR 8070

I am getting error 69 in 8070 Replace the transfer seperation corona unit. till getting error vary the transfer current in service mode no use i think problem is in HV DC pcb. Is any one having idea about changing component in the HV DC pcb for this error.

How many copies has the machine done so far?

This can as well be caused by very fine iron filings from worn out fixing bearings. So the idea here is to make a thorough cleaning of the Fixing/feeding unit and then replace the said bearings and u r smiling once again!

that E069 code is a headache to isolate

remove and check fuser unit/
check if your front door switches are fully actuated

something may be arching to load down HVT

Yes, make sure that the upper fuser roll has been assembled properly. Also check the contacts inside the machine that the trans/sep assembly pins plug into. They get deformed
