[Error Code] Canon MF7350N E0007 code (Satera series)

Hello everyone, I need help on E0007, for Canon MF7350n (satera series, released in Japanese market) A Japanese container ship has this multifunction copier on board. They called in with the error code. I can't get much more than production date of around mid to late 2010 on this copier online. If anyone is familiar with equivalent model for North American mkt or the cause of the E0007 code on these, appreciate your please help. I hate to have this Captain going without on return journey without showing him that American ingenuity. Please give it your best shot, I got only one visit to board and fix this,

    Thanks in advance!

Fuser film Assy. part number for MF 7350n??

Thanks for the reply Zoraklinho, what are the equivelant U.S./N.A. models for this Japanese series? I can't get any cross reference? How old is the model?

Thanks Teckat and Mrfixit51, I'd appreciate equivalent part number or model reference to get the fuser film Assy. that I will need to take on board for this moving ship??

Equivalent model is ir 2016-2020-2018 but i'm not really shore for part number because satera
series is not in canon Europe list.Try with fixing film part number:

            FM2-3346-000 FIXING FILM ASSEMBLY 120V

            FM2-3353-000 FIXING FILM ASSEMBLY 230V

            My opinion!

Film slide to other side away from sensor so replace only a film.

Read some bulletins for similar model:
