IR-5055 DADF White plate part #

I have the parts manual and found the white plate in Fig A10 of the 5055 parts manual (rev 0) but there is no part number listed (it's the white plate that attaches to the bottom of the DADF and sits on the platin glass) for it and the double sided sponges that attach it.
    Anyone have the numbers?

Yes and no. Yes - that is basicly the part. No - It's the wrong DADF. The DADF-M1 is on the 5570/6570. I need the DADF (couldn't find a specific model number) on the 5055. The white plate is flexible and bends down if the customer lowers the bottom left side to remove a jam. The one from the diagram above is what I need.

The parts manual for it is located in the 5055 main body parts manual on figure A10 but no diagram number is listed.

Thanks for the effort though. Anyone else have a number.

FL2-4596-000 is the number for the white plate.

Thanks. Do you know if it comes with the mounting sponges?
