Can someone give me directions (or point me where) To remove the fuser unit? I looks like the scanner has to be removed... Is that correct? Have hammer at ready. thanks Anthony

Thanks zoraldinho, That is such a clever design they came up with, WTF. Anyway I finished the machine tonight and it is working minus a few plastic snap tabs. Thanks again for your help.Comment

4 screws remove cover over power supply and cover over parallel port. Loosen screw for upper cover and it drops down. Disconnect 3 fuser connectors. Remove 3 screws holding fuser in and slide fuser out. Its a whole lot safer than removing scanner with the flat cable which can take what, an hour?Comment
