    IR6570 code E014-0000

    Customer had power outage, now has E014-0000. Tried resetting by powering off, and clearing error. Any ideas?

      did u check circuit breaker ?
      look at the front door switch operation !

            The tech just took them out and cleaned with alcohol, now seems to be working fine.

              It seems to be working fine now,,, I will guarantee that you will be returning to work on this same problem again. These are not wheel bearings that you can wash out and repack with axle grease. You need to replace those bearings now, and any time you rebuild the fuser or replace the pressure roller...
